The Blu-Bolt Energy "Win a Year of Free Gummies" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Blu-Bolt LLC ("Sponsor").
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of Blu-Bolt LLC are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 1st at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on the day gummies launch (Estimated in September)("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Giveaway by completing the official Blu-Bolt Energy signup form during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) package of Blu-Bolt Energy Gummies per month for twelve (12) consecutive months.
- Total prize consists of twelve (12) packages of Blu-Bolt Energy Gummies.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $359.88 USD (based on a retail price of $29.99 per package).
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Blu-Bolt LLC within thirty (30) days following the end of the Giveaway Period.
6. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent for Blu-Bolt LLC to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions
Blu-Bolt LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Blu-Bolt LLC reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Blu-Bolt LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Blu-Bolt LLC's Privacy Policy and may be used for marketing and promotional communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
11. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, Klaviyo, or any other social media platform.
